GPNL Recurring deposit Scheme:
  1. For open this account you must have fill the form GP-1 with proper filled and self signed and you have to pay 10 for your master ID/GPNL member ID/Customer ID and pay attention at here that GPNL never refund this amount/registration amount after the ending of all services.
  2. After the submission of this form you have get an ID named for the GPNL Member ID which is your master ID, for opening or getting any GPNL service (i.e. = investment services, banking services or loan's services).
  3. Account must be opened minimum 100 and thereafter the multiple of 100.
  4. A certificate must be issued against of your first deposit or opening that have to submit you when expire your plan.
  5. Maturity and deposit amount shown in the schemes/plans chart.
  6. Every receipt generate against of your all installment.
  7. Double nominations facilities are available in GPNL only.
  8. Loan is available up-to 60% on your deposited amount.
  9. Pre-maturity facility available on the investment service and have some penalties against your pre-maturity amount (i.e. = sms facilities, adviser/representatives facility, govt. issues etc).
  10. Pre-maturity amount available in the schemes/plans chart according to selection of your plans.
  11. Process for pre-maturity:
    a. Self written application,
    b. Fill and submit pre-maturity form,
    c. Your representative/adviser verification, etc.
GPNL Fixed deposit Scheme:
  1. Account must be opened minimum 1000 and thereafter the multiple of 1000 in one time.
  2. Inaccessibility of receipt due to One Time deposit.
  3. Loan avail as the above rules or written rules in schemes/plans chart.
  4. Pre-maturity avail.
  5. Another rules as the above or according to the GPNL Recurring Deposit Scheme.
GPNL Daily deposit Scheme:
  1. Account must be opened minimum 10 and thereafter the multiple of 10.
  2. Inaccessibility of loan on this account/investment plan.
  3. Inaccessibility of pre-maturity on this account/investment plan.

GPNL Daily deposit Scheme:

TC for GPNL BANKING

GPNL Saving Account:
  1. Green Parivar Nidhi Ltd. Provide this facilities only for their existing members.
  2. Minor can open an account –
      a. Minor can open an account only the case of representatives (who represent to minor)
      b. Both IDs are mandatory one for minor and second for representative.
      c. Transactions are possible under the provisions of identifications.
      d. Minor can transacts only at their home branch.
      e. Minor must be mature before any self transactions.
  3. Who can’t open an GPNL saving account –
      a. No business or trading concern (whether proprietary, partnership, or corporate body) will ordinarily be permitted to open a GPNL saving account.
      b. GPNL will be at liberty to close an account should it have reasons to believe that the account holder has used his/her account for a purpose for which it is not intended.
      c. GPNL saving account is essentially a facility to build up saving and hence it must not be used as a current account.
  4. For account opening please fill a GPNL account opening form.

  5. Please fill the form for cash deposit.

  6. Please fill the form for cash withdrawal.

  7. GPNL provides the 4 p.a. on this account as calculated simple interest.
  8. The attention of all the customer is invited to the “savings bank /Recurring Deposit/etc” rules as applicable, a copy whereof may be called for it not already received.
  9. Customer expected and hereto and subscribe uniform signature as per the specimen signature recorded with Bank, while operating the account or addressing any correspondence to the Bank.
  10. Green Parivar Nidhi Ltd. Open saving account along with their member’s investment period and also saving account can open during the maturity period of member’s investment plans if it didn’t open that period.
  11. Distinctive account no. should be mentioned in each transaction with the Bank, customer should also examine the entries made in the Pass-Book carefully and draw the Bank’s attention to errors or commission, if any.
  12. Nomination facility is available (applicable to deposit accounts only).
  13. GPNL saving account is compulsory for all the members, staff and other who is related to Green Parivar Nidhi Ltd.
  14. After open this account the GPNL members can transaction with Green Parivar Nidhi Ltd as freely.
  15. GPNL provide the Pass-Book after open this account that’s printable on at member’s home branch, time to time,
  16. This being computer printed Pass-Book doesn’t need signature on transaction sheets.
  17. GPNL provide only 45 entries in six months on this account after exceeding this limit member can payable 5 on each entry, and amount must be deduct from your account with transactional information at the same time total amount must be show with this transaction history on your Pass-Book.
  18. SMS facilities available on this account for everyone and must be compulsory, and charges are applicable for sms alert and Pass-Book updates 20 per quarter including all information.
  19. GPNL provide for sms alert and internet banking, for activation of this service please fill the below that’s available in your home GPNL branch or download from our website www.greenparivar.org and submit at your home branch with proper filled.
      a. fill form (GPNL form No.: GPB-4&5) for sms alert and internet banking.
  20. Member may do maximum transaction in a month without any charges at their home/mother branch, against of home/mother branch they have to payable 5 per transaction outside of home/mother branch.
  21. Customer should keep the Pass-Book in a safe place. The Pass-Book will not be responsible for any loss or incorrect payments attributable any negligence on customer’s part in this regard.
  22. If spoil/lost, applicant will be issued on writer request after necessary enquiry/proper identification on payment to of prescribed charges and fill form along with new/duplicate form with police FIR copy and 2 stamp paper attached with this form no. GPB-6.
      a. New/Duplicate Pass-Book 30,
      b. Deduct 15 on each page printing from your account (full page printed only not less than 1 page),
      c. Pass-Book issued only from your home/mother branch,
      d. If branch allotted new Pass-Book without any inquiry and customer face any fraudulent/misshappening for this case BM will be responsible.
    Case.1: If your Pass-Book fill auto/with-entries than new Pass-Book allotted you and deduct minimum charges from your account which applicable for stationary purchasing amount at the present time.
      e. fill form (GPNL form No.: GPB-6) for new Pass-Book.
  23. Service charges must be deducts for your account on the transaction services as applicable for your account or GPNL decide.

  28. Customer of core banking branch has the facility to get the Pass-Book update at any of core banking branch of the bank.

  30. GPNL prescribed precautions for your Pass-Book:
      a. Don’t fold your Pass-Book,
      b. Don’t staple your Pass-Book,
      c. Keep it is always in dry place,
      d. Don’t eat anything on your Pass-Book,
  31. Process for account closing –
      a. Fill form (GPNL saving account closing form, Form No. – GPB8) and attached an application with reasons,
      b. Signature and photo is mandatory and match with your recoded sign and photo.
      c. Services charges are deduct from your account before paid.
      d. Service charges are include all type of stationary and also existing services that is payable from your account before account close

GPNL Internet Banking (IB):
  1. This service is available when customer asks about this.
  2. IB is more confidential service for GPNL customer and service served through internet customer must have an internet for keep this service.
  3. For this service you have to fill the form GPB – 5&6 and must be submit at your mother/home branch to the issuing authority or BM, after the completion of IB process you have got a user ID and Password against your registered account number.
  4. You must have notify that the issued password is only One Time Password (OTP) after the first login you have to manage your New Password by prescribed IB Instructions
  5. GPNL never ask about your IB user ID and Password, so please keep confidential your user ID and Password and never disclose to anyone otherwise GPNL is not responsible for any misshappening.
  6. GPNL never send you any mail regarding GPNL Internet Banking (IB), if you are getting any mail regarding your active IB account than inform GPNL immediately on gpb.fishing@greenparivar.org
  7. GPNL IB service is available 24X7 days at your account on our website www.greenparivar.org
  8. GPNL prescribed you that your IB Password must be change time to time for avoiding any fraudulent or miss-happening.
  9. GPNL IB service is chargeable with nominal amount and your online transactions are charged under the saving account section 23 (e).
  10. With help of your GPNL IB service you may manage your GPNL saving account and all other services that’s linked with your GPNL saving account.

  8. Withdrawing process on this account from the Account holder side:
      a. Submit the proper filled form with the application signed by the account holder’s and reference sign of guardian on the application letter

      c. Before the avail of withdrawal power the GPNL see the evidence of the truth of marriage in behalf of Account holder, those evidence submitted by the GPNL verification department attached with the verified Account Holder’s report/application.
  10. Process for close an account:
      a. GPNL must have to transact the amount for the Bitiya Vivah Account remaining the services charges that is applicable on the transaction date for this account,
      b. Fill the close an account form along with the application under the guidance of guardian or singed with signature ID proof (i.e. = Driving License, Pan Card etc)
      c. Account should not close until submit of marriage evidence that is availed by the GPNL verification department (i.e. = marriage hall photos, couple photos, intermediaries photos, video clips on the marriage date etc).
      d. After the completion of this process account must/have to be closed.

TC for GPNL LOAN

GPNL Loan:
  1. A GPNL shall provide loans only to its members.
  2. The loans given by a GPNL to a member shall be subject to the following limits, namely:-
      a. 2,00,000 (two lacks), where the total amount of the deposits of such GPNL from its members is less than 2,00,00,000 (two crore).
      b. 7,00,000 (seven lacks), where the total amount of deposits of such GPNL from its members is more than 2,00,00,000 (two crore) but less than 20,00,00,000 (twenty crore).
      c. 12,00,000 (twelve lacks) where the amount of deposits of such GPNL from its members is more than 20,00,00,000 (twenty crore) but less than 50,00,00,000 (fifty crore).
      d. 15,00,000 (fifteen lacks), where the total amount of such GPNL from its members more than 50,00,00,000 (fifty crore).
    Case.1: Provided that where a GPNL has not made profits continuously in the three preceding financial years, it shall not make any fresh loans exceeding fifty per cent. of the maximum amounts of loans specified in clauses (a), (b), (c) or (d). Case.2: Provided further that a member shall not be eligible for any further loan if he has borrowed any earlier loan from the Nidhi and has defaulted in repayment of such loan.
  3. For the purposes of sub-rule (2), the amount of deposits shall be calculated on the basis of the last audited annual financial statements.
  4. A GPNL shall give loans to its members only against the following securities, namely:-
      a. Gold, Silver & Jewellerry:
        Provided that the repayment period of such loan shall not exceed one year.
      b. Immovable Property:
        Provided that the total loans against immovable property [excluding mortgage loans granted on the security of property by registered mortgage, being a registered mortgage under section 69 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 (IV of 1882)] shall not exceed fifty per cent. of the overall loan outstanding on the date of approval by the board, the individual loan shall not exceed fifty per cent. of the value of property offered as security and the period of repayment of such loan shall not exceed seven years.
      c. Fixed Deposit Receipts, National Savings Certificates, Other Government Securities And Insurance Policies:
        Provided that such securities duly discharged shall be pledged with Nidhi and the maturity date of such securities shall not fall beyond the loan period or one year whichever is earlier:
    1. Provided further that in the case of loan against fixed deposits, the period of loan shall not exceed the unexpired period of the fixed deposits.
    2. Maximum loan period must be one year for all type loans.
    3. GPNL send you a notification for the remaining of last month of your Loan period and thereafter again send a new notification to your for the public auction of your assets (Investment/Banking/Property/Gold etc).
    4. If you are not giving any response in this conditions the GPNL is absolutely free for public auctions of your loyalty assets and your are not able to file any court case/FIR to police.
    5. If any FIR filed or lodge any case against the GPNL in this condition all the case are hearing in the district court of Chhibramau, Kannauj, and no charges are avail to GPNL for you in this conditions.
    6. GPNL may be lodge court case against of you if any element found against of you regarding miss-happening/miss-behavior/fraudulent etc.
    7. Any other rules regarding the sanction of the loan are printed in the Schemes/plans book/chart that is variable for any time without any information.
    8. Loan amount only 60% avail on your all deposit/properties/Gold/silver/jewellerry etc
